Thank you for submitting a question or topic to the Manager’s Corner. We publish at least one new blog post every month and we’ll add your question or topic to our list of topics to be addressed in the future. If and when we address your question or topic, we will send you an email to let you know that the blog post concerning such question or topic has been posted.
The purpose of our blog is to provide educational information to board members and property managers on issues related to compliance with Texas HOA laws. In order for such information to be of benefit to a wider audience, we prefer to address questions and topics of a general nature or that would commonly apply to most HOAs, including HOAs that govern condominium and subdivision developments. Thus, if necessary, we may slightly modify your proposed question or topic so that the information provided has general application to all or most HOAs. Thank you for your understanding.
